Impressive! Can we ask how you made the numbers work? Did you hire extra staff, for example?

We operate 365 days a year and rotate days off for every group of 3 staff.

A: OFF OFF ON ON ON ON

B: ON ON OFF OFF ON ON

C: ON ON ON ON OFF OFF

We ignore the concept of a 7 day week.
