Aaron Ayscough is one of the most insightful and trustworthy voices in natural wine, and in Episode 24 of his Not Drinking Poison podcast, he talks to one of the Copenhagen wine scene’s founding fathers, Sune Rosforth. If the audio is less than perfect, it’s because the interview took place in a metal tower on the bridge under which Sune has his import business-and-occasionally-spontaneous-wine-bar, Rosforth and Rosforth.
