We’re big Erin Wade fans here at MAD. We’ve admired her innovative Color Code of Conduct for combatting sexual harassment in the industry, nodded along in agreement at a MAD Monday as she argued how taking care of your teams is compatible with making a profit, and been frankly blown away as she taught Academy students about progressive leadership as one of our Resident Faculty. Now, she’s making her insightful—and tested—approach to leadership available to everyone in a book that is part memoir, part manual, and all inspiration.
