Applications for MAD Symposium are now open

After a seven-year hiatus, the most exciting event in food is back!

On May 25-26, 2025, MAD Symposium will once again gather the global hospitality industry beneath its big, red circus tent on the Copenhagen harbor for two days of mind-blowing ideas, galvanizing talks, and meaningful connections.

Tickets to the event, which include admission to two full days of programming; breakfast and lunch prepared each day by some pretty amazing guest chefs; and plenty of fun, are 5,340 DKK.

Because not even big red circus tents have unlimited seating, and because we want to put together an audience with both a broad range of backgrounds and a shared commitment to improving our industry and the world around us, we ask everyone interested in attending to apply for a spot. Please take the time to fill out the form carefully.

Applications are due by January 9, 2025. We’ll respond to everyone by January 31, 2025.
